Event description

THE “Rise & Roar” Youth Empowerment & Speaking Program

Have you noticed it?

There is an alarming trend among our youth. Many teenagers and young adults are afraid to speak up, take up leadership roles...even to LOOK up from their phones! There is an urgent need for greater confidence in our young boys and girls, as they are the next generation of leaders.

You have likely seen some teens excel and others lag behind. The sad truth is, that the ones that lag behind early, have to work twice as hard to catch up, and sometimes even as adults they never do.

This comes down to 3 main culprits: Lack of Leadership skills, Lack of Confidence, and Lack of Communication skills. IN FACT, the last one, Communication skills, are what more and more companies and organizations look for in their employees of all ages, especially with the various generations that are represented in the workforce today.

When I was younger, I was extremely shy and lacked confidence. More recently, I have been involved in a very public case that has tested my belief in myself like nothing else I've experienced. (You can read more about me – and I encourage you to before signing up for this program – at www.KwesiMillington.com).

The biggest realization that I have had by adding Speaker and Public Speaking/Confidence coach to my resume, is that any potential can be realized, at any age, and it starts with developing Confidence, Leadership and most importantly, Communication skills.

Join Kwesi Millington, your coach, in this Youth Empowerment program that will equip our future leaders with confidence, leadership and speaking skills that will benefit them for their entire lives.

  • Confidence Building Tools that can be used for ANY situation (Speaking or otherwise).
  • Social & Interpersonal Skills.
  • Stress Management & Problem Solving Skills.
  • Empowerment Training including a Journal to record ideas, speaking and session learning points.
  • Key “Adult Transition” Leadership & Accountability tools and skills.
  • Improved abilities in the areas of Speaking, Communication, Confidence and Leadership
