Description
RISE: Celebrating 'The Woman', is a spoken word poetry and music event that gathers and celebrates Women. This event will also be used as a platform to raise awareness on Rape Culture and Violence Against Women, giving empowerment to all through poetry and music. Happening this May 27, 2016 (Friday), 7 PM onwards at Commune PH, Makati; entrance fee: PHP 250.00 (comes with free drink).
Presented by Woman, Create. and featuring local spoken word group, Words Anonymous; and live music by: Roxci de Leon, KAMARA, Aleph, Vica Hernandez, Toni B and Clara Benin.
