During everyday activities we accumulate tension which translates into stress and we lose the ability to just be content with what is. This might be ok during the working hours which most times require us to be in survival mode, but as soon as we meet friends, the loved one or especially meeting ourselves this accumulated stress makes us irritable, demanding and unsatisfied.
This class will revitalise our bodies and minds by pressing a reset button on ourselves. We will work by releasing deep layers of tension, bringing awareness to our breath to allow the mind to just dissolve, switching our nervous system from ‘fight & flight’ mode to ‘restore & detox’ mode. We will also work with postures that lengthen and tone the body, creating flexibility and awakening the feminine power within you.
