Description
In celebration of San Diego Beer Week and our new amazing kitchen Craft House, we are hosting a beer and food dinner with Chef Caesar and our brewmaster Paul Sangster. They will walk you thru a four course meal each paired with a special beer from Rip Current and culinary treats from Craft House.
A proper pairing challenges your palate by amplifying or melding the flavors in the food and beverage making each more satisfying. You can expect to enjoy a curated pairing including a limited bourbon barrel-aged beer, special tart/sour beer and two other specialty brews that complement the gourmet creations of Chef Caesar. Multiple of the courses involve meat, so we apologize to our vegan/vegetarian customers.
