Tickets are $200, with all proceeds used to strengthen local agriculture in Bells Bend and to promote the protection of Nashville's last remaining farmland.
Old time music by the Bells Bend Stringband.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Yes. Please prepare to show your ID at the bar. This is a 21 and older event.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Please enter the farm off of Old Hickory Blvd because the Cleeces Ferry Rd entrance will be closed. When you arrive, a parking attendent will direct you to the parking area in the pasture which can accommodate small cars. However, if there has been a lot of rain prior to the event, you may want to take your other car or ride with a friend who has a larger SUV or truck. We'll make sure you don't get stuck. UBER, Lyft, and taxis can also take you to and from the event.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
You are not allowed to bring outside alcohol or food to the event. There will be plenty to eat and drink.
Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
You can reach us by phone or email. Co-chairs: Dave Keiser (615) 668-3728; Tyler Skelton (615) 974-2161; email@example.com
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, but you need to contact us at least 24 hours before the event start time by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to let us know who to expect.
What happens if it rains?
We'll continue with the party if we're facing a very, very light rain or drizzle, but if the weather is any worse, we'll reschedule the event to the next Sunday (October 16th). Same place. Same time. We'll notify you by email at least 24 hours prior if the event is going to be rescheduled due to the weather, so please provide a valid email address when purchasing your ticket.
Is there a vegetarian option?
Meal alternations are not allowed. There will be several courses with plenty of delicious locally-grown veggies. Last year's attendees were very pleased with the choices.
What should I wear?
You'll be eating and socializing outside. You're also going to be on a farm, so wear sensible shoes and bring a jacket in case you get cold. Heatlamps will not be provided, but we'll have a couple fires set up away from the tables in case it's cold.
