Right-to-Know Law training from the Office of Open Records

The County of Berks will be hosting a training by the Office of Open Records on the Right-to-Know Law (involving access to governmental records) and the Sunshine Act (involving open meetings) open to municipal governments and authorities.
This training is open to agency officials, employees and legal counsel.
In conjunction with the Berks County Bar Association, attorneys may receive CLE credit for attending this event upon payment of a $10.00 fee. CHECKS IN THE AMOUNT OF $10.00 SHOULD BE MADE PAYABLE TO THE BERKS COUNTY BAR ASSOCIATION FOR ATTORNEYS SEEKING CLE CREDIT. Payment will be collected at the door.
