About the Speaker: David J. Cook
A collections attorney for 43 years, he is well-known for representing Ronald Goldman’s father in recovering the multi-million dollar civil judgment against O.J. Simpson. He is the author of The Debt Collector’s Handbook: Collecting Debts, Finding Assets, Enforcing Judgments, and Beating Your Creditor as well as Collection, Demand, and Other Commercial Letters.
