Join Blackbird for a five-course dinner with Ridge Vineyards on Monday, December 12th at 6:30pm.
For the past 50 years, Ridge has championed single-vineyard winemaking, searching California for those rare vineyards where climate, soil and varietal are ideally matched.
Ridge Vineyards Regional Sales Manager, Christina Donley, will be on hand to guide guests through the following thoughtfully prepared 5-course dinner by Chef de Cuisine, Ryan Pfeiffer, and provide background about each of the featured wines of the evening.
