Join Rick Braun as he hosts this one of a kind New Year's Eve celebration with a different set of top contemporary jazz headliners each year and this year is no exception, as he is joined by nine-time GRAMMY® nominated saxophonist Dave Koz and the soulful sounds of Richard Elliot who will all bring the house down to ring in the New Year!

We will feature red hot guitaist and vocalist Nick Colionne to open up the 12/31 show, and to Start the Party Early on 12/30 we have the talented Mindi Abair to get us rolling at an optional concert.

Our Starry, Starry Night themed event will continue our tradition of amazing shows, making new friends and reuniting with old friends, charity fundraising and great fun by all!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

On Friday, December 31st, reception starting at 6:30 PM

  • To insure everyone gets what they want to eat on 12/31, when you order your tickets you will be asked how many of each type of entrée you want. The entrees are beef (short rib), salmon, and vegetarian. So ask your friends, if you are buying their tickets, what they want for dinner before you purchase! We can change it later, but it will be easy if you know when you order.
  • Beverages, including wine by the bottle, will be available for purchase at the event.
  • We will be scanning your tickets (the ones attached to your confirmation email when you purchase tickets) for entry to all events – so bring them; we scan them, and in you go! We will have a table at registration for those of you who forget your tickets.
  • At the reception we will have a Starry Starry Night Martini and Cocktail Bar for some great specialty drinks we picked for you that tie in with our theme.
  • We offer a Payment Plan for 3 or 6 month payments - see below for information on that process.

In your ticket confirmation email will be TWO links –

  1. one to buy tickets to Start the Party Early with Mindi Abair on 12/30. Buy now - or they will be gone! Tickets are $50 for VIP and $40 for General Admission to this casual show the night before.
  2. one to book your hotel room with two options that include our special rates you cannot get anywhere else. Advance Pay includes all room categories starting at $175 (plus resort fee and tax) with a $25 a day room credit if you purchase multiple nights. The resort credit per day is for things like food and beverage, spa, golf, etc. charged to you room. Non Advance Pay is includes reservations start at $190 per night (plus resort fee and tax) for a standard room.
  3. If you plan to book a suite or upgraded room, PLEASE use the hotel link to get the best rate available and the resort credit.

On purchasing tickets:

  • For all table types the system will pick best of seat for you if you select your desired level and number of tickets OR you can click on the seat plan on the upper right and choose your exact seats. YOU MUST BE ON A COMPUTER (vs a device like an iPad of phone) TO PICK EXACT SEATS YOURSELF. See below for specific instructions.
  • THREE OR SIX MONTH PAYMENT PLAN our ticketing system offers a three or six month payment plans whenever you purchase your tickets – now or any time all the way through December! There is a credit company called Affirm who administers it like a small loan that you pay each month – so when you go to purchase tickets, there is an option of payment that says “Monthly Payments with Affirm” so it is just like purchasing a ticket except you pay in monthly installments with a small interest rate. PLEASE NOTE: you need to have a cell phone and be using the Google CHROME browser to use the Affirm process.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON REFUNDABLE.

If a table or seat does not allow you to select it, that table is not available for sale.

Orange tables (set for 10 seats per table) = $274 per person + $5 processing fee
Pink tables (set for 10 seats per table) = $254 per person + $5 processing fee
Purple tables (set for 12 seats per table) = $214 per person + $5 processing fee

HOW TO BUY TICKETS
BEST IN HOUSE TICKETS
To let the system find the best seats for you – NOTE: for this type of purchase, you can purchase using a computer, phone or device such as an iPad:

  1. Indicate the number of tickets you wish to purchase in one of the ticket price levels and click the green TICKETS button.
  2. That will select and allow you to purchase the best seats available, in that level, in proximity to the stage.

PICK A SPECIFIC SEAT
To pick a specific seat you MUST FOLLOW these step by step instructions. If you cannot select a seat on the seat map, that seat or table is already spoken for and you need to look for another.

NOTE: YOU MUST BE ON A COMPUTER AND NOT A DEVICE (such as phone or iPad)
TO USE THE PICK A SEAT FUNCTION.

Here are the steps – we advise you print this page and go step by step – it is easy if you do that.

  1. Make sure you use Chrome or Firefox browsers, as Internet Explorer and the ticketing system do not get along some of the time!
  2. Click on the green TICKETS button on the upper right.
  3. Specify the ORANGE level and number of tickets, then click the green VIEW ON MAP button at the bottom of that select tickets box.
  4. The system will pick seats in that ticket level BUT YOU NEED TO CLICK ON THE TRASH CAN for each ticket displayed on the upper right of the screen unless the system miraculously picked your seats – it might happen, but please verify. If those are not your seats, please delete them by clicking on the trash can for each seat.
  5. Find the seats and table you have been assigned (you can make the tables and seat numbers larger with your mouse or the + and – signs on the left corner), then click on EACH seat individually that you would like, one at a time and very lightly, and you will see them appear in the right hand column.
  6. On the right column should be the table and seat number for the total tickets selected. Verify you have all your desired tickets. Delete any that are not yours. Add any you missed.
  7. Click the green CHECKOUT button and then proceed through the sale.
  8. NOTE: If you need the payment plan, select “Monthly Payments with Affirm” in the Payment type.

On Saturday, December 30th starting at 8:00 PM (optional casual concert, limited seating, prices $52 for VIP and $42 for General Admission)

  • ALL seating, VIP and General Admission, to Start the Party Early on 12/30 is reserved. So no lines to wait in!
  • A link to purchase these tickets will be provided with your confirmation email from the 12/31 gala.
  • Bring your tickets (the ones attached to your confirmation email when you purchase tickets) for entry to all events – so bring them; we scan them, and in you go! We will have a table at registration for those of you who forget your tickets.
  • Beverages will be available for purchase.

On Saturday, December 30th at 9:00 AM we will have a Celebrity Golf Tournament. Registration information will be included in yout ticket confirmation for the show on 12/31/19.

We will have event shirts available for purchase in both women's and men's styles as you purchase your tickets. We will NOT have them available onsite at the event, so please make sure to pre-order those!
