Susan Tallman discusses Tuttle's contribution to the field of contemporary printmaking. Tallman is the author of The Contemporary Print: From Pre-Pop to Postmodern (1996) and wrote an esay for the exhibition catalog. She is a member of the faculty of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Presented in conjunction with Richard Tuttle: A Print Retrospective.
The lecture will be followed by the Museum of Art's fall Open House at 5:30pm.
