The Collins College is proud to present this year's Richard Frank Distinguished Lectureship on Thursday, May 28, 2015 from 4 to 5 p.m. in the Kellogg West Auditorium. All students, faculty and staff are invited to hear an inspiring lecture from Wing Lam, the co-founder of Wahoo's Fish Tacos, a surf-inspired taco chain, with more than 65 restaurants in seven states.
Following the lecture, there will be an invitation-only reception in the Carl N. Karcher courtyard from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at The Collins College.
This free event is a part of the Richard N. Frank Distinguished Lectureship Series, which was established in 1988 to enable respected industry professionals to spend time teaching, lecturing, and interacting with students, faculty and other professionals intersted in the goals of the college.
Founded in 1973, The Collins College of Hospitality Management is the first and largest four-year hospitality management degree program in California and the only hospitality management college on the West Coast.
