Rhythms of the Heart: Harp-Centered Sound Bath at Bituin Studio

Rhythms of the Heart: Harp-Centered Sound Bath at Bituin Studio

By Bituin Studio

Overview

Monthly Sound Bath with Erica Nguyen. Rejuvenate and reset to prep for the end of the year.

Rhythms of the Heart is a harp-centered sound bath that invites you to slow down and drop into the music of your own being. Gentle strings mingle with bowls, gong, and chimes to create waves of sound that wash over you, softening the mind and opening the heart. Erica will weave together three unique harps — the Ocean Harp, Reverie Harp, and Celtic Harp — to create a sound symphony that draws you closer to your heart. It’s a space to rest, to listen, and to remember the simple rhythm of being alive.

Bituin Studio first Sound Practitioner-in-Resident, Erica Nguyen from Sound Healing Project. As part of this residency, Erica will be offering a monthly sound bath series — each one thoughtfully curated to spotlight a traditional instrument from different parts of the world.

These intimate gatherings go beyond relaxation. Each session centers around a specific instrument, with the entire soundscape designed to support and elevate its voice. You’ll be gently guided through a sound journey that invites you to connect more deeply with the vibrations moving through your body.

Before the sound bath, we’ll share a brief history and origin of the featured instrument, offering cultural context and inviting you to explore how your understanding can shape your relationship with sound. Afterward, we’ll open space for optional group sharing and discussion — a chance to reflect, ask questions, and connect in meaningful conversation

We invite you to join us in this evolving dialogue between sound and self!
