Dalcroze Eurhythmics has been used as a training approach for dancers, actors, and musicians since 1900. The approach manipulates time, space, and energy to keep the artist present. Lately, Eurhythmics is being used as a therapeutic tool. This participatory session will provide examples of movement therapy, plus research trends in this field.
