Event description

Description

Join us for a special performance by the Lost Walks band at Ratio Beerworks to celebrate conservation opportunities globally and locally. The band will be performing stripped-down, acoustic version of their album, "Wolf, Woman, Man", a conceptually driven rock opera featuring dancers and centered on the story of a lone wolf. In addition to music, this night will feature a panel where the band will discuss their process behind their music and how their story relates to wildlife conservation and advocacy. Interwoven into the performance will be perspective and real data from long time Lost Walks' collaborators, Rocky Mountain Wolf Project as represented by Defenders of Wildlife’s Jonathan Proctor. The band, the Rocky Mountain Wolf Project and Defenders of Wildlife are partnering with Global Conservation Corps on this event to spark a conversation about how conservation organizations, artists and community members can make impact both internationally and locally. Folks who like music, art, dance, beer and a have deep interest in conservation, both globally and in their own backyard, are encouraged to attend.

Live performance and conservation conversation with raffle (raffle prizes kindly donated by Rocky Mountain Wolf Project, Ratio Beerworks, Lost Walks and more)!

Ticket purchase includes a raffle ticket and 1 free beer. Standing room ($15) may be available based on interest. Doors at 7pm, performance at 7:30pm.

Speakers include but are not limited to:

Jonathan Proctor, Rockies and Plains Program Director for Defenders of Wildlife
