Instructions for RFC Designation:
Take the two day course sponsored by Money Concepts University—the course was designed so well that the IARFC approved it and allowed the WMS course to qualify as the educational requirement of the RFC or RFA certification. The course is intense.
The steps are simple, Take the two day course, 8 am to 7pm 1st day, 8 am-5 pm 2nd day, plus submit a financial plan (which you will learn), then join the IARFC (or join the IARFC before the course) and submit your application, which has to be approved and your WMS certificate of completion from MC University. If everything is in order as a professional, the IARFC will approve you.
Please note than starting in 2015, the IARFC will also require a ‘Final Comprehensive Exam’ for the RFC designation.
The RFC---RFA Designation:
The Registered Financial Consultant (RFC) is a professional designation awarded by the IARFC to those financial advisors who can meet the high standards of education, experience and integrity that are required of all its members. The RFA designation is awarded to those applicants that have less than three years experience or have been licensed for less than three years.
