I'm Ashley Burnett, and I'm passionate about living my life and doing business outside of the box, AGAINST the GRAIN.

I run my business in a way that's deeply nourishing, balances masculine + feminine energies, follows the cycles of nature for sustainability—and centers the VILLAGE on the sometimes lonely and isolated entrepreneurial path.

In more recent years, I've created a business model that feels super aligned and sustainable for me—where I work 25 hours/week doing what I love, take two month-long sabbaticals each year, take 1-2 weeks off in spring and fall, and have the time and location freedom to travel and spend quality time with my toddler, Quintin.

And, while this exact model may not be possible for all, or every business Queen's version of ideal,

I DO believe that the world needs for us to run our businesses in a more fem-forward way…where self-care, pleasure, seasonality and joy are at the forefront.

When we do this, we ultimately become more effective in our leadership—and the collective positive ripple effect that we can create, as women, becomes magnetic and unstoppable…
