DAY 1

Arrive and settle into your new home for the week. Get ready to recharge, revive and re-align. Meet your new friends and enjoy a welcome drink before an evening meditation and opening circle. Enjoy a nourishing, vegetarian dinner prepared by our onsite chef.

DAY 2

Awake to a lush, tropical paradise, and enjoy a wholesome and hearty breakfast. Experience a relaxing morning before invigorating your body with a heart-opening yoga class. After a delicious lunch, you can choose from a range of spa treatments to relax you before an intention-setting workshop. We finish the day with a dinner of healthy vegetarian dishes.

DAY 3

Start your day with fresh local fruits, raw granola, and cold-pressed juice. We will meet in our open-air yoga shala for class and breathwork, followed by a nutritious lunch. In the afternoon, you can relax by the pool, then slowly into the evening with a meditation practice and a delicious group dinner.

DAY 4

Ease into the day with a wholesome breakfast followed by yoga and meditation. After lunch, we will head out on our excursion where we will visit and explore the lush surroundings of the island. We will get back in time for a relaxing yoga Nidra before a nourishing dinner.

DAY 5

You have a chill day today to recuperate from yesterday's activities. Enjoy a gentle vinyasa flow followed by a hearty, healthy breakfast. After lunch, kick back and relax however you'd like — perhaps curling up with a book, taking a swim in the pool, or exploring the nearby village. Wind down the day with evening meditation and nutritious dinner.

DAY 6

Greet your day with detox water or fresh herbal tea and follow that up with a gentle movement class. After breakfast, explore a nature excursion while delighting in great company. The day peaks with a lovely organic lunch spread prepared with fruits and vegetables cultivated right here on the property. End this fulfilling day with a nourishing feast, followed by a soothing yoga nidra practice.

DAY 7

Fuel up on local fruits and homemade breakfast this morning before an optional nature excursion or relax by the pool. We will meet together for morning yoga practice and breathwork. After a satisfying lunch you can select a relaxing spa treatment before our closing circle and meditation. We will enjoy our last supper together of homemade vegetarian dishes.

DAY 8

After a final energizing breakfast, you'll say your goodbyes, give your final hugs and leave Bird Island Bungalows feeling revived, empowered and renewed with purpose — ready to take on the world and live your best life.
