Join us on October 14 -15, 2016.
Organized & Hosted by: Unitarian Universalist Christian Fellowship, The Welcome Table, First UU Church of San Diego, and First Church in Chestnut Hill
When people describe their experience of Christian identity and practice within Unitarian Universalism in the last twenty years, they have often told a story about a Revival. And it often sounds like the story of homecoming. Of having found "my people." This Fall, you are invited to come home. To attend a Revival. To connect with your people. The Healing Spirit in a Wounded World is a time for you to gather with others, to go deep, to feel held. And, what's more, you can choose between three locations:
San Diego, CA
The Boston Revival will be at First Church in Chestnut Hill:
2pm - 7pm on Friday, October 14
9am - 4pm on Saturday, October 15
The San Diego Revival will be at the First UU Church of San Diego:
12pm - 9pm on Friday, October 14
9am - 3:30pm on Saturday, October 15
and includes light lunches and a full dinner on Friday.
San Diego folks - check out the FUUSD Bed and Breakfast Program: http://www.firstuusandiego.org/bed-and-breakfast-program or email BandBTeam@firstuusandiego.org. Rates are listed on the webpage above.
If you cannot afford the current San Diego prices, please email email@example.com to inquire about other options.
The Turley Revival will be at The Welcome Table:
5pm - 10pm on Friday, October 14
9am - 7pm on Saturday, October 15
What happens after I register for a Revival?
The point person for each location will reach out to you with important info, like transportation/parking, what to bring, what to expect, and more. We'll send a few reminder emails as the date approaches!
What can/can't I bring to the event?
Please bring an open heart, a commitment to respect others, and a desire to go deep. We'll have snacks, meals, water. Otherwise, bring what else you might need to feel safe, comfortable, and able to attend.
Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
With any questions, please contact UU Christian Fellowship Executive Director, Rev. Jake Morrill, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if I end up needing a refund? Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
You may cancel your registration any time before September 1 for a full refund. After that, we're not able to. But you may transfer your registration and payment to be applied to another person who'd like to attend up to October 5.
