Please arrive in sports shorts + sports bra for women & remove any metal wear such as watches and jewellery. We will provide the rest of the kit.

What will happen on the event?

There are 2 arrival times possible to choose from. In the first 5min we will explain how cryotherapy works and we will provide you with the necessary kit. We will then start doing the sessions (3min) one person after the other - whilst you wait one of our therapist will carry out our Vald Testing.

Is it safe for everyone?

Cryotherapy is not recommended for individuals with certain medical conditions (e.g. pregnancy, severe hypertension, heart conditions, Raynaud’s syndrome). Always consult your doctor if unsure. You can call use if necessary.
