Additional Information/FAQs

Registration opens Feb. 1 and closes May 16.  No refunds will be given for cancellation after this date.  Any registrations received after this date are subject to availability of space.

Child Accomodations:  There is no lodging charge for children if the parent(s) provide bedding.  Children under 4 years of age also eat for free.

Campus Housing: Residence hall rooms are avaiable for $35 single or $30 double per person.  Linens are supplied, but we suggest bringing extra towels.  You may also wish to bring a lamp and a fan or a blanket, depending on the weather forecast.

  • Note: most residence hall rooms are not air-conditioned.  There will be a limited number of fans avaiable for rent for $5 each.
  • Alumnae indicating mobility concerns will be placed in McElwain/Davison, the only residence hall with elevator access.  All other halls have step requirements.

Campus Smoking Policy:  Effective July 1, 2012 the Wilson campus is smoke-free, meaning that smoking is not permitted anywhere on the Wilson College property.
