My wish is to teach you how to slow down, breathe, quiet down inside, and to experience more peace, joy, and love both inside and out.
We live in a world of expectations, TO DO lists, rules, coffee runs, and a place that measures success and happiness by the dollar amount in our banks, the letters behind our names, how well we multi-task, and what the numbers on the scale say when we weigh the bodies we never feel grateful for. Every day we are faced with the emptiness we feel as we are abandoned in the gap between what we are told we "should" think and feel and what we ACTUALLY think and feel. They don't match, but no one talks about it.
Well we aren't going to talk about it, but we ARE going to become aware of it and make a different choice. More and more people are awakening to their true, authentic power and voice within, and one by one, life as we have always known it is changing and shifting. WE are changing and shifting. What has been done before, hasn't worked all too well, and we are all in search of a better way. We are being summoned by our hearts to follow something bigger, something deeper, and something much more fulfilling. We are being guided to return to who we really are. This is the way of the Peaceful Warrior.
Come with me, as we return to the silence that always exists within us, that we have somehow gotten disconnected from along the way. Inside of the silence, inside of you, there is peace, guidance, love, wisdom, and insight beyond your wildest imagination. As we connect to this place and begin to access deeper awareness and consciousness, life begins to get prettier, more fun, more exciting, and that which once held us back from our dreams cannot stand a chance.
Return To You is designed as a 4 week course. I am running it here on the Gold Coast on Sunday evenings from 06/05/2012 - 27/05/2012. In order to teach you how to slow down, breathe, quiet down inside, and to experience more peace and joy both inside and out. We will begin with a very gentle, nurturing yoga practice from 7pm-8pm, and we will then move into a meditation class together from 8- 9pm.
Yoga was designed to prepare the mind and the body for meditation, so I have designed this 4 week course of yoga followed by meditation intentionally to help you experience the best results. As we work out the kinks, limitations, and pains in the body through yoga, we will become more open and calm. Our minds and bodies will be prepared for meditation.
There's nothing to fear. Each week we will practice different techniques, visualizations, and processes that will leave you feeling uplifted, cleansed, and ready to explore your possibilities more deeply. This will be both fun AND insightful. You will notice a deeper sense of awarenss, inspiration, and peace as you leave each week and especially after the 4 weeks has come to a close.

After the 4 weeks you will have an amazing foundation and you will feel empowered around doing this at home on your own! I trust that everyone who gets to be a part of this group will benefit in whatever way they need to.
