Event description
We hope to increase awareness about the challenges of returning to sports and to provide tactics that mitigate the risk for athletes.

About this Event

Overview: The COVID-19 pandemic has brought many challenges, including a reduction of the activity levels of young athletes. This decrease in activity comes with a greater risk of getting injured as our young athletes return to their sport. The goal of this educational opportunity is to increase awareness about these challenges and provide practical strategies to mitigate the risk associated with these rapid increases in intensity of sport participation.
