ReTreat is an opportunity for school administrators to have a shared experience, to allow time for reflection, conversation, and professional growth with treasured colleagues.
The influences on this retreat are many, from David Mallery’s Westtown Seminars to experience gained from CATDC discourse groups to Quaker traditions. We will introduce the Clearness process, a long-standing Quaker practice that remains an integral part of ReTreat. This practice is also used with success as a professional growth tool for discernment and clarification in a variety of professional and personal settings.
The three days and two nights will be facilitated by seasoned ReTreat leaders Andrew Salverda and Katherine Preston, joined this year by Mike Hanas, all from San Francisco Friends School.
ReTreat will take place at the beautiful Mayacamas Ranch in Sonoma County. A lovely single room and all meals are included in the cost of the retreat. We will have access to the entire facility and only our group will be present.
Space is limited to 20 people, so please register soon to secure your spot.
