Description

Single Airmen & NCOs,

Come join us for a spiritual resilience retreat 30-31 August. This will be a time to experience low and high ropes courses, go tubing down the Comal River, enjoy many outdoor activities all while building community. This retreat is free and includes transportation, overnight accommodations, 5 meals, 2 spiritual resilience training sessions, and entrance into Schlitterbahn.

Permissive Temporary Duty (PTDY) is applicable to the people who attend this retreat. When gaining approval from your chain of command, reference AFI 36-3003, Table 4.5, Rule 11 which states "If a member requests PTDY to lead religious education, spiritual renewal programs, including chapel youth trips and summer camps, or to attend chapel leadership training programs authorized by either HQ USAF/HC, MAJCOM/FOA/DRU/HC or installation/HC; then unit commander may approve." This retreat is considered a leadership training in the form of a spiritual renewal program.

We hope you will join us this year for an unforgettable retreat! Space is limited so reserve your spot by 21 Aug.
