Event description

Description

Georgetown University is streamlining the investment options available to participants in its retirement plans. The streamlining is based on an extensive review by the University’s Investment Advisory Committee (“IAC”), in conjunction with investment advisor Cammack Retirement Group, of the plans’ current investment providers, the current investment options, investment and administrative fees, and a comparison of the current trends in the higher education sector. Based on this review, the core fund lineup will be streamlined to offer a “best in class” menu offered by each of the three retirement plan vendors: TIAA, Fidelity Investments and Vanguard. All eligible participants will receive a mailing with a complete transition guide at their address on file. Changes take effect at end of day on January 8, 2018.

If you would like to learn more about these changes, you're invited to join Chief Benefits Officer, Charles DeSantis, along with members of the University Investment Advisory Committee and investment advisor Cammack Retirement Group for an informational session.
