Fri, May 12, 2017, 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM Malaysia Time Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) Time
Key talents are scarce resources, highly in demand, risk of losing them are imminent! They are employees who is critical to your organizational success. They drive a disproportionate amount of value creation in comparison to their peers. Unfortunately, due to their marketability and command for better remuneration, their tenure is likely to be shorter than what you anticipated.
Aon Hewitt study in 2015 recorded Malaysia as the second highest involuntary attrition rate (6%) and the third highest (9.5%) voluntary attrition rate in South East Asia. Average tenure of employee reduces dramatically over a decade ago.
Do you know why is your key talent leaving? Who is your key talent anyway? How do you ascertain that they are your key talent? How would you retain them? Some of these questions are being asked repeatedly but with limited degree of satisfactory answers.
