About this event
Dancers need to know how to communicate their skills, training and education in a way that will get them hired for the job or into the college dance program of their dreams!
Start by learning how to format your resume, and understand which content to include, the best language to describe yourself, and common mistakes to avoid.
Two dates available:
- Sunday August 28, 2022 @ 1pm ET
- Sunday October 23, 2022 @ 1pm ET
Attendees choose one session to attend. Sessions will not be recorded, so attendees must join live to participate. Each session covers the same material.
Each workshop will include 90 minutes of hands-on education about crafting your resume, plus tips on writing your dancer bio and using social media effectively as a professional dancer. Participants will leave with the first draft of their resume complete (if you choose to work in real-time during the workshop)!
