RESTORE: restorative yoga with stories from the hive ($10)

Weekly restorative yoga with “short stories of support from hive” is a weekly, hour-long restorative yoga class. Short excerpts from the Jacqueline Freeman’s “Song of Increase” will be read as part of the class to encourage us to see ourselves as not isolated creatures, but rather as spirits that are connected to humanity and the world at large.
