Join us for a deeply relaxing Celestial Holiday Soundbath with the ever-calming Charity Grace. You’ll settle into long-held restorative yoga poses while crystal sound bowls, chimes, and gongs create a soothing soundscape to ease your body and quiet your mind.

Beneath a soft, starlit “sky,” you’ll be guided into a dreamy, meditative state—like lying under the night sky on a peaceful winter evening. You’ll step off your mat feeling grounded, recharged, and renewed… a little cosmic reset to carry with you through the season.
