Gentle yoga postures and guided meditation to ease pain and de-stress the body and mind.

About this event

Yoga is an ancient practice that has been used for centuries to heal, nourish, and strengthen the body and mind. During this class, our Certified Yoga Therapist will guide you through safe and therapeutic yoga practices designed to help relieve pain, ease sore joints and increase strength and range of motion. Each class may be tailored to your own needs and gentle yoga poses and postures may be done sitting, standing, or lying down. Guided meditation and deep relaxation practices are included in every class to help you find calm and connect with your entire body.
