Restore and Nourish - Urban Mini Retreat
Sat 29 April 2017, 18:00 – 22:00 BST
Find an oasis of calm amidst the city in our urban mini-retreat.
An evening of gentle yoga, mindfulness and good food to restore and nourish body and mind. We will create a space for you to slow down and explore the restorative powers of movement and stillness to help you unwind and reconnect to your inner calm. The workshop will include soothing yoga, mindfulness practice and deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra.
Zoe is a yoga teacher and mindfulness practitioner with a particular interest in how the natural mind-body connection can help us to reduce stress and improve wellbeing.
After the workshop, we will take time in the Folk House Café to enjoy a delicious meal together and have an opportunity to further discussions with Zoe and each other. The menu is designed by Louise Marchionne of Food Fit for You to be fresh, delicious, energising and nutritious.
Come alone or with friends and take this opportunity to really look after yourself, inside and out.
