If you care about legal injustice and want to do something practical about it, then this is your conference!

Whether a church leader, concerned advocate, lawyer or sudent, Restore 117 is designed to equip you to build justice in your community. Led by the nation's leading Christian legal experts, the conference will provide you with practical tools and resources to deepen your justice impact.

Be informed and inspired from the main stage. Be equipped through practical, experiential workshops that provide immediately replicable tools to do justice with the love of God in your community.

9:00am - 10:00am: Main Stage - Seek Justice with Noel Castellanos as he shows us where the cross meets the street.
10:00am - 10:15am: Break
10:15am - 11:15am: Break Out Session One - Explore, Growth and Community Workshop Tracks.
11:15am - 11:30am: Break
11:30am - 12:15pm: Main Stage - Seek Refuge with Matthew Soerens as he shows us how to engage in doing justice with refugee and immigrant neighbors.
12:15pm - 1:30pm: Lunch
1:30pm - 2:30pm: Break Out Session Two - Explore, Growth and Community Workshop Tracks.
2:30pm - 2:45pm: Break

4:00pm - 5:00pm: Main Stage - Seek Restoration with Bruce Strom as he shows us the impact of integrating the gospel and justice.


Explore – This track is designed for those who want to deepen their understanding of legal justice issues, receive practical resources, and consider possible involvement in legal ministry.

Growth – This track is designed for those engaged in legal ministry wanting to grow. While specific to legal ministry, some of the best practice guidance is applicable to other organizational growth.

Community – This track involves community justice issues. The track provides a helpful primer to attorneys and those serving specific groups of people.

All tracks are open to anyone and participants do not have to attend one track only.

Break Out Three - Legal ministry in action

Break Out One - Multiplication through site locations and new growth grants.
Break Out Two - Allowing a strategic plan to drive budgets, fundraising, grant request and donor relations.
Break Out Three - How to engage volunteers, supporters and the broader community through missional messaging.

Break Out One - Creating Family Safety Plans for Immigrant Neighbors.
Break Out Two - How to help, not hurt, those caught in the family court system.
Break Out Three - How to help overcome obstacles faced by formerly incarcerated neighbors.


What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

By car, Judson University is located right at the intersection of Interstate 90 and Route 31 South.

By train, Elgin is on the Milwaukee West Metra line. Judson University is 2 miles from the Big Timber Station and 3 miles from the downtown Elgin Station. Both Uber and Taxis are available. The downtown Elgin station is next to the bus terminal. Bus 552 and 803 stop at Judson University. They run on a half hour loop.

There is plenty of parking on campus. Volunteers will help direct you to parking and the Center for the Performing Arts building on your arrival.

What are my hotel options?

There are many hotels within half a mile of Judson University just north of I-90 on Rte. 31 and more at the interchange of I-90 and Randall Road, 4 miles. Our preferred hotel is Quality Inn, 500 Tollgate Rd, Elgin, +1 855-849-1513.

What are my lunch options?

Lunch is on your own. Elgin has a number of excellent restaurants within a five mile radius of Judson University as well as on-site cafe.
