Join Laura at Yoga on Brand for a relaxing and rejuvinating afternoon of restorative yoga. Come stretch, meditate, breathe and relax as we ease into the winter transition and holiday season! Restorative yoga uses props in conjuction with long held poses to achieve a state of deep physical and mental relaxation. This workshop will feature restorative poses, breathing technique, and essential oils with a focus on aiding and easing the transition into winter, the season of statis, reflection and manifestation.
All levels and ages welcome!
The workshop starts at 1pm. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to set up your space, enjoy tea, and chat with fellow yogis!
