Restorative Yoga promotes conscious relaxation and a calming of the central nervous system while resting deeply and completely. This practice offers many benefits including reduced blood pressure, improvement in digestion, fertility, reduced muscle tension, and improved sleep. This is open to all, including those who have never practiced yoga. This class takes place on the floor aptly support by all sorts of props, blankets and love. The music will be a soft and fluid sound aiding you into a serene place.
