Description

This new 3 class series will introduce both Restorative Yoga & guided meditation practice for physical and emotional well-being.

Whether dealing with symptoms of stress or a chronic illness this class is designed to empower you to cultivate well-being through breathing practices and guided visualization.

A restorative yoga sequence typically involves only five or six poses, supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest. Held for 5 minutes or more, restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle back bends. Most restorative practices are based on the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar.
