Join Trevor Cassidy in a gentle, guided yoga session, followed by a meditative rest to the soothing sounds of gongs, crystal bowls and other live instruments, facilitated by special guest, Niki Jarrett at CU Anschutz Health and Wellness Center! Settle in with our yoga blankets and bolsters, or bring your own. Participants will leave with a deep sense of calm and relaxation, ready for the new year. All levels are welcome!
