About Restorative/Yin Yoga: Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time than most other yoga styles. This eight-week series is offered for all-levels of experience. Expect a meditative yoga class comprised of relaxing, calming poses with long-ish holds, designed to help you unwind from your day.
About Laurel Kilbourn: Laurel Kilbourn (RYT, RMT) offers on-site private yoga classes, workshops, and corporate yoga programs - laurel blossom yoga Yoga@Work - as well as meditation and Reiki, in the greater Boston area. She is a playful soul and dedicated teacher with past lives in the music industry, health and fitness field, and higher education. In 2009, yoga and meditation played such a significant role improving Laurel’s health and well-being she shifted her career focus to teach yoga and meditation full-time with the intention of supporting others to experience similar transformation in their lives.
