Event Details

Join Forge Breast Cancer Survivor Center for a restorative & relaxing retreat for breast cancer survivors! This is a half-day session with yoga, guided meditation and a mindful nature walk at the Benedictine Sisters Retreat Center in Cullman, Alabama.

 

***This retreat is free, but requires registration***

 

The retreat begins promptly at 9:30am, and participants are encouraged to arrive at 9:15am to allow time to park. Follow the Retreat Center signs when arriving. There are 5 parking spaces near the building entrance, and we ask that those be reserved for individuals who need them most. Additional spaces can be found by driving over the hill and parking behind the building.

 

The retreat will conclude at noon. Lunch is not included, but participants are welcome to stay in the Cullman area for lunch individually or as a group.

Forge's classes are for anyone who has ever been diagnosed with breast cancer, as well as their loved ones and the healthcare professionals that serve them.
