Description

This workshop will introduce participants to proactive and responsive restorative justice practices for

strengthening relationships and social-emotional skills and discuss restorative approaches as a means of implementing the Student Fair Access to School Act. Participants will understand how trauma informed practices can impact students' in-school suspension (ISS) experience and develop opportunities for skill building to re-enter the learning community.

Prerequisites: The Restorative Schools Overview, Why Restorative? webinar or similar introductory training is a prerequisite to attending this training. Access the webinar recording here.
