Tickets and Registration
Tickets may be purchased online up to seven (7) days prior to any scheduled class. Class registration happens the hour before the first day of any class.  Please bring a printed copy of your ticket or your picture ID for entrance.

Q: Are there requirements to enter the class?  
A: Yes. Each attendee must have a printed copy of the class ticket or a picture ID. Each attendee must pass the Management Level and Employee Level Online Courses with a minimum score of 90%. 

 

Q: What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the class?
A: All transportation responsibilities and expenses to and from the class are the sole responsibility of the attendee.

 

Q: What can I bring into the class?
A: We recommend that you bring pen and paper, a positive mental attitude, a high-level of energy, and a strong passion and desire to learn. We will provide assorted beverages and snacks; however, if you have a desire to bring your own favorites for yourself, please feel free to do so.

Q: What's the refund policy?
A: Your class fee is fully-refundable if you cancel your registration thirty (30) days or more prior to the first scheduled day of your selected class. All cancellations must be received in writing via email with confirmation of receipt from us. We also offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with your selected class, as stated herein.

 

Q: Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the class?
A: Yes. However, if you forget, we can register you with your picture ID and our in-house system.

 

Q: Can I update my registration information?
A: Yes. Registration information (i.e., address, phone number(s), name, etc.) can be updated at any time.

 

Q: Is my registration fee or ticket transferable to another class?
A: Yes. If you need to reschedule your attendance at a class, you may transfer your registration to another equally or lesser priced class being held within twelve (12) months of the date of your originally scheduled class. All scheduling requests must be made in writing, via email, with a confirmation of receipt from us prior to the start of the originally registered class. No-shows to any class will not be eligible to reschedule and/or transfer, and will not be eligible for refund.

 

Q: Is it ok if the name on my ticket does not match the person who attends the class? Is it okay to send a substitute person to the class?
A: Yes. If you are unable to attend a class for which you have registered, you may send a substitute in your place. If you need to send a substitute, we ask that you notify us in writing, via email, with a confirmation of receipt at least seven (7) days prior to the start day of the class. We will do our best to accommodate. Entry to any class by a un-ticketed guest or non-matching named ticket and registration information will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

 

Q: What if a class is cancelled?
A: In the highly unlikely event that we need to cancel a class - for any reason whatsoever - we will inform you as early as possible that the class that you have registered for has been cancelled. In such an instance that we must cancel or reschedule a class that you are registered to attend, we will refund the entire registration fee that you paid - OR - transfer the amount of your registration fee to be used on another one of our classes scheduled at a later date, or at a different location - whichever you choose. We require a minimum of eight (8) attendees for all classes, except classes scheduled at our office, in which we require five (5) attendees; and, we may cancel, postpone, or reschedule any class that does not meet these requirements, at any time, prior to the first (1st) day of the scheduled class. We are not liable or responsible for any monetary reimbursement outside of the ticket price for the class, and we do not bear the responsibility for your cost of travel, air fare, parking, meals, accommodations, days off of work, loss of income, or any other expenses incurred for the cancellation of any cancellation.
