Welcome to Rest & ReOwn!

Join us in Ajax at the Rotary Park, Lions Point Shelter for a day of relaxation and rejuvenation. This in-person event is your chance to unwind, reflect, and take back control of your life. Rest & ReOwn is a restorative retreat intentionally designed for Black women working in social services. This is a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself—beyond the roles you hold for others.

Come experience a day of renewal, healing, and joy in community with women who understand the weight you carry. Through movement, mindfulness, storytelling, and culturally grounded care, we’ll hold space for you to rest, release, and return to your center.

Because you deserve to be cared for, too.
