Customer Relationship Manager $52,000.00 Salary Start
Team lead for a Customer Relationship team. Oversees and manages all aspects of 250 customer accounts. Advances referral fees to designated customer accounts. Maintains corporate approved social media presence to generate client referrals via mainstream social media tools and applications. Adheres to communication strategy which requires follow-up messaging and support to their 250 customers at a frequency determined by supervising manager. Supervises Customer Relationship Ambassador. Approves all transactions related to customer/client referrals and purchase transactions.
The Client Relationship Manager will have strong presentation and negotiation skills, confidence, and a persuasive manner. Must be well-organized and able to prioritize their activities as well as the daily, weekly and monthly goals and objectives of their team. Excellent time management skills, business acumen and the ability to work within a budget are also needed.
Create reports, analyze and interpret data and basic knowledge of project management methodology.
Customer Relationship Ambassador – $38,400.00
The Customer Relationship Ambassador (CRA) reports to a Customer Relationship Manager and supports strategy and efforts to meet shared team goals and objectives, which include member satisfaction. Must have an understanding of basic business principles and able to organize information. Exercise critical thinking for creative problem solving and coordinate team operations if needed.
Assist the Customer Relationship Manager in planning, organizing, and implementing strategy to support success of team. Communicates with clients to better understand needs and determine strategic path to accomplish desired outcome.
Must be familiar with customer service best practices and principles; Act as an additional point of contact for customers.
Upon completion of REST Employment Training Course (R.E.T.C.), qualified graduates will receive a potential job offer*.
