As the evenings draw in, take time to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
Join me for a soothing evening of gentle yoga, mindful breathing, and the healing vibrations of sound, set in the peaceful surroundings of Swithland Memorial Hall, nestled near the ancient beauty of Swithland Wood in Charnwood Forest.
We’ll begin with a grounding yoga practice suitable for all levels, easing tension and restoring balance in body and mind. Then, we’ll explore calming Pranayama (yogic breath) techniques before being guided into deep rest through a sound bath — a meditative journey of pure vibration and stillness.
Afterwards, enjoy tea and homemade cake.
Please bring your yoga mat, blanket, and anything that helps you feel cosy and supported.
This is the first in a monthly “Rest and Rebalance” series — a chance to slow down and nurture body and mind through gentle movement, breath, and sound.
Note: The sound bath is not recommended for those with epilepsy or sound sensitivity. Please check precautions before booking.
