We all want to work in a respectful and comfortable environment. Communication problems can result in poor conflict management causing low morale, low productivity and difficulty in retaining talented employees. This program gives employees and managers specific tools and practical tips that promote respect and effective communication in the workplace.

Program Objectives:

  • Understand communication styles and the effect your style has on others

  • Develop effective and communicative techniques for expressing difficult feelings without damaging relationships

  • Be able to identify levels of hostility

  • Develop effective workplace responses to incivility
