Description

Weight is what plagues us. Some struggle with losing weight and some struggle with gaining weight. Yes that can be an issue too.

We go on different diets, try this and that and in the long run after losing weight we gain it back to our original weight or more! Cut down on protein and build more on carbs are some of the diets out there.

When I was a child I never worried about weight. I was a chubby kid and didn't know anything about weight. Then came magazines, that puts such pressure on losing those weight. School, where girls have to be a certain weight and size otherwise you'll be teased.

However, the misconception that has been bombarded to us is that being heavy is bad. Being thing is good. Did you know muscles weigh heavier then fat? Did you also know that muscles burn the fat. So you can go to the gym, look slim and healthy and still be the same weight? If you sleep late, your metabolic rate slows down and you gain weight faster. These are some of the things that I will be talking about in this talk.

How we look at food and how we can start to lose the fats healthily as oppose to losing muscles.
