Event description

Description

RESOLVE was created to bring together the diverse members of the Seacoast's Progressive community under one roof to hear about the 2018 legislative agenda in Concord and to strategize a response.

Seasoned veterans of NH political activism are already developing strategies to affect change. We'll learn about the impressive resources already available to us in the form of professional organizations and leaders who will share their insights about the year to come.

We'll hear from groups focused in the areas of Healthcare, Social Justice, Education, Voting Rights, and the Environment, who will shed light on the coming year at the NH State House, as well as preview the crucial 2018 election year for New Hampshire voters.

Join us for a keynote address by AFSC co-director Arnie Alpert and a panel discussion and Q&A session with state grassroots experts including Granite State Progress, Sierra Club, and America Votes.

These leaders will provide insight on key 2018 legislation in NH, and outline a progressive vision for the months leading up to the crucial 2018 elections in NH. They'll also provide the who, what, when and where about key legislation to allow us to activate, and there will be an opportunity at the end of the event to engage and on-ramp onto specific initiatives.

SAVE THE DATE and REGISTER NOW to join us for this informative and inspirational evening, meet fellow resisters from other groups throughout the Seacoast, and learn about specific issues you can engage in NOW to make a difference in 2018!

There will be time before and after the 7-9pm program for networking and on-ramping to Calls to Action. Come early!

A post-event social hour is planned at a local tavern, please plan to join us.

This year, RESOLVE to really make a difference in NH!

Registering for your FREE ticket will help us out by giving us a headcount and providing contact information should event details need to be updated.

The event is FREE. Donations to defray the costs of producing the event are welcomed and will be accepted at the event.
