Get six weeks of 5-kilometer training beginning Sunday morning, November 20 at 8:00 with a certified USA Track & Field endurance and Road Runners Club of America long-distance running coach. Walk, run ("continuous"), or run/walk ("interval run") on Sunday mornings at 8:00 beginning Sunday morning, November 20, on the NCR Trail at Paper Mill. Practices will be held every Sunday morning at 8:00. You’ll practice on the NCR Trail, at Goucher College, on the promenade along the harbor from Canton Waterfront Park and on the paved paths of the race course in Patterson Park. Group training is fully supported with hydration stations on your training courses.
You'll get an incrementally progressive training calendar specifically tailored to you, personal coaching and weekly e-mail messages to keep you "on track."
