Re·sil·ient Yoga for Wellness

Join Re·sil·ient Yoga in partnership with the Center of Wellness for Urban Women at the Marting Luther King (MLK) Community Center every Thursday for a fun and restorative community yoga practice that will empower you to manage stress and the challenges of life with resilience! Posture practice, breathwork, meditation and other selfcare techniques are used to build stability and flexibility in the body and promote stillness and clarity in the mind.
ALL BODIES WELCOME! Practice is open to people ages 8 and up.
New to yoga? No worries. We're a loving and supportive community that will help you learn the way.
