Join Re·sil·ient Yoga every Monday for a community practice that will empower you to manage stress and the challenges of life with resilience! Posture practice, breathwork, meditation and other selfcare techniques are used to build stability and flexibility in the body and promote stillness and clarity in the mind.
ALL BODIES WELCOME! Practice open to people ages 8 and up.
New to yoga? No worries. We're a loving and supportive community that will help you learn the way.
