Resilient Landscapes - Multifunctionality and Wellbeing.
Thu, May 4, 2017, 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM BST
With the aim of generating discussion around enhancing the multifunctionality of landscapes, we will be looking at a range of perspectives on resilience and the benefits to health and wellbeing, from a regional planning scale through to city-wide infrastructure, including community involvement at the site level and enhancing wellbeing through landscape and public art.
It is hoped that attendees will be attracted to the event from the public, private and voluntary sectors from a range of disciplines including planning, transport, urban design, arboriculture, ecology as well as landscape architecture.
The LISW AGM will take place in the middle of the seminar presentations. There will be a separate evening networking event combined with the LI exhibition and a further presentation by Dan Cook, the new LI CEO.
